SHOW NOTES -https://www.apiros.team/fourpercentpodcast/

May 15, 2017

This is a really fun conversation between three friends around our life's work, movement. We get into the depths of brain operation and movement, Austin has a rant on waistbands and plays devil's advocate about all the new research about external cueing being dominant to internal cueing. Michael's accomplishments as a chiropractor and movement guru are pretty phenomenal. Some of his titles he holds and has held over the years:

  • 1 of 12 chiropractors in the US to be part of the PGA Tour Sports Medicine Team
  • A treating doctor for the World Surf League (WSL)
  • Director of Athlete Medical and Rehabilitation, Dew Action Sports Tour, 2005
  • Director of Athlete Medical and Rehabilitation, NBC Gravity Games, 2000-2004
  • Medical Director, Association of Volleyball Professionals, 2003
  • And many, many more
